Focus on FASTSIGNS of Orlando

by Susan Shalhoub

FASTSIGNS of Orlando, FL - Central is firmly rooted in its commitment to exemplary customer service, as it always has been. But now, in a fantastic new space, it has much more elbow room to amplify the customer experience and make it bigger, better, and stronger.

When FASTSIGNS recently moved into a larger building at 4835 East Colonial Drive, right across the street from its home of 21 years, the Orlando, FL - Central location doubled its employees and now has more space for consultations, inventory, production, and design.

In terms of customer-service excellence, “This just takes it up a notch,” says Renee Friedman, owner and CEO.

New equipment is also part of the equation.

“We have a new laser engraver and bigger, faster cutting machines,” Renee says. “A shirt department – for things like logos on shirts – is our next growth area.”

A grand opening for the new location is coming soon, and Renee along with Richard Goldstein, VP and co-owner, are also planning a second event specifically for the Jewish community, which she has always supported and appreciates.

No Job Too Big, No Job Too Small

Start-ups are more than welcome at FASTSIGNS of Orlando, FL - Central and benefit from the company’s recommendations about what they need to get up and running. Renee and her team can handle jobs big and small – from full vehicle wraps to custom-logoed welcome mats.

But FASTSIGNS is also a preferred vendor for businesses like Amazon, UCF, Chipotle, Lincoln Property Company Orlando, and various healthcare organizations, says Renee. So many situations require FASTSIGNS services, whether large or small.

“It may be an apartment complex rebrand or a parking deck in a hospital,” she says. “Building signage is needed if a new company moves into a property. It could be a traffic issue at an Amazon facility or a big sign that’s needed for a piece of property for a land-management company... or even a  bench sign.”

And FASTSIGNS of Orlando, FL - Central does it well. Not only are they a nationally recognized, award-winning franchise, they’re also #26 out of 850 FASTSIGNS locations in the country in terms of sales volume with an A+ Better Business Bureau and Google rating.

By taking care of their clients, Renee and her team know those businesses can then better serve their own customers and get more done together.
