Focus on Realtor Bianca Botelho, RE/MAX Assured

Realtor Bianca Botelho is a ZIP code expert. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Bianca has lived in the Orlando area since 1992. When the real-estate market crashed in 2007-2008, many of her colleagues left the industry, “but I decided to stay, thinking that if I could make it through this, I could make it through anything,” Bianca recalls. “I was not ready to give up on an industry I had grown to know and love. I gave it my all.” 

Relying on her fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Bianca focused her sales efforts on international investors from South America, Europe, and Australia. And she got to know Central Florida inside and out.

“I sell from Tampa all the way to New Smyrna Beach,” Bianca says. “And I know ZIP codes like the back of my hand.”

Bianca knows that location is everything – and you have to know all of them, she says. Rather than focusing on a certain neighborhood, she is familiar with every nook and cranny of Central Florida, and that’s a great benefit to her clients.

In her spare time, Bianca volunteers in her community and teaches real-estate classes. She’s also familiar with many branches of the real-estate industry. She and her husband are real-estate investors with a number of properties in their portfolio.

Bianca’s whole-market expertise, hustle, and genuine care for people combine to make her an exceptional agent.

In addition to working hard, Bianca believes the point of life is to live it with a purpose.

“To me, business is very personal,” she says. “If there’s anything I can do to touch somebody’s life, to make it better, or make their day better, I want to do that.”

Her concern for her clients is apparent – from helping buyers through the intimidating process of purchasing their first home to the complex deal she once negotiated so a disabled veteran could buy the house directly across the street from his daughter. 

Bianca loves finding that perfect match for her clients, and her attention to detail is obvious.

“I can show a client one house or 100 houses – my goal is to make sure they find the house they love and deserve,” she says. “For my sellers, they deserve to experience a flawless transaction, which not only satisfies their financial requirements, but also gives them peace of mind.”
